Vegan Burger for International Burger Day
We didn’t know this was a thing either, but we figured this was the perfect opportunity to share our first recipe with you on our website, a vegan burger patty recipe for you all!
THE VEGAN BURGER
Healthy, easy and quick to make.
→ I N G R E D I E N T S
• 3 medium sized carrots peeled and grated
• 1 medium sized zucchini peeled and grated
• 3 tbsp. oil
• 1 tsp. cumin powder
• 1 tsp. coriander powder
• 1 tsp. sesame seeds
• 1 tsp. flax seeds
• Salt/pepper to taste
• 2-3 tbsp. red lentil flour for binding
(Substitute with chickpea flour or cornstarch)
→ S T E P S
▸ Mix up all the ingredients except the oil and form 4-6 burgers
▸ Heat half the oil in a frying pan on medium high heat and place the burgers gently
▸ Give them a few minutes to brown, drizzle rest of oil over them and flip to brown the other side
